Before deciding to join Jo Ann in the real estate business, I first worked for over 24 years in several high tech firms located in the Bay Area. My years of experience have allowed me to develop attention-to-detail, a professional mindset, and solid negotiation skills – key ingredients for success in real estate.

I have also earned the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist®(SRES®). Steve also was recognized as a Master’s Club high production member for 2018.

Like Jo Ann, I pride myself in understanding each of our client’s wants and needs. I work closely with each client and present creative and strategic approaches that will help them towards their goals.

My 26 years of experience in the industry has allowed me to provide an exceptional level of service to all my clients. My keen attention-to-detail and ability to understand each of my clients’ goals have led to multiple successful sales transactions throughout my career.

I have had many industry acknowledgments of my sales and professional service. I have been honored with the Chairman’s and President’s Circles, and Master’s Club. The most prestigious honor was being featured in the “Wall Street Journal” for my accomplishments.

Murphy is our seven year old Yellow Lab. She was born on a farm in Ripon, California. She loves to play with other big dogs and go on walks on cold, wet windy days. You may hear her bark and howl at fire engine sirens or when clients call us on our cell phones. Absolutely, hates it if we miss a call!
