I have been involved in many real estate transactions over the years, and this was by far easiest and most professional. The Gillis team handled the transaction superbly. Their communication skills were excellent, always getting back to me with answers to questions, usually within 30 minutes! Furthermore, they always did what they said they were going to do. Many agents do not.
The pricing strategy was spot on, resulting in multiple, above asking price offers, within several days of the listing becoming active. They stayed just as involved through closing, which concluded without a hitch. As you can see, I can’t say enough about them. They were a huge help to me, making a difficult time for my mother much easier.
